Who we are and what this policy covers
E2E CONSULTING LLC (E2E Consulting, we, or us) provides software consulting and engineering, including architecture, custom software development, integration, data transformation, testing, and workflow automation. This policy explains how we handle personal information for our own business purposes when you visit our website, contact us, work with us, or use our products and services.
Information we process on a client's behalf is treated separately, as described below. This policy does not amend a signed agreement or data processing addendum.
Information we receive and why we use it
- Website visits: Routine access logs record IP addresses, timestamps, request methods and paths, response status, and response times for troubleshooting and investigating abuse, not for marketing analytics. These logs exclude URL query strings, referrers, and unnecessary browser and header details. They do not record contact-message bodies, credentials, photos, or attachments.
- Inquiries and business relationships: Our website contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. We record those details in our database and route them by email to our monitored sales inbox. Copies can remain in notification emails and backups. We also receive professional contact details and correspondence when you contact us, meet us, share a business card, or are introduced by another business contact. We use this information to reply, arrange meetings, understand your needs, and manage business relationships.
- Engagement administration: When we work together, we handle contact and role details, contracts, correspondence, and billing and transaction records to scope, administer, deliver, and support the work, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
- Software and support: Where an engagement provides access to a tool or platform, information needed for that deployment can include account identifiers, roles, activity and diagnostic records, and support submissions. The applicable product or engagement terms determine which features and data are involved. We use this information to provide access, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
Please do not send credentials, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive material through the public inquiry form. Ask us for an appropriate channel if you need to share sensitive information for an engagement.
Client-directed processing
When we handle personal information on a client's behalf, such as through a client system, integration, or Flux deployment, we process it for the agreed work under the client's instructions and the applicable agreement. This is different from handling business contact, contracting, or billing information for our own purposes. For information we process on a client's behalf, contact that client to exercise your privacy rights. We assist as required by the agreement and applicable law.
AI-assisted work
For our own business, we use AI-assisted tools to help organize professional contact information and draft correspondence for human review. Professional details or relevant correspondence may be processed by the tools used for that work. This does not mean the website contact form is an AI chat or that messages are automatically sent by an AI tool.
We also advise on and build workflows that can use AI. Where an agreed client solution includes AI processing, the specific inputs, providers, and handling of information depend on the workflow, deployment, and client agreement. AI is not required for every engagement.
Who receives information
Providers that support website hosting, storage, and business communications may handle information needed for those services. Engagement-specific vendors and subprocessors depend on the project and are governed by applicable agreements. We may disclose information when required by law or as necessary to address misuse, protect rights or security, or respond to a legal claim, subject to applicable law and client commitments.
The general disclosure categories above do not extend to mobile information collected for texting or to messaging opt-in and consent records. The specific SMS and MMS restrictions below govern that information.
Retention, security, and processing locations
Access to routine website access logs is restricted, and these logs are configured to expire automatically after seven days. This period applies only to routine website access logs, not to contact submissions, client or project records, or messaging data.
Retention varies by application, category of information, engagement, and applicable configuration. We may keep business and engagement records for longer-term reference, subject to applicable agreements and law. Client data return, retention, and deletion are governed by the applicable agreement and law.
Deleting a primary record does not immediately remove separate copies in notification emails or backups. Our application settings do not determine how long messaging providers, AI providers, mailboxes, or backup systems keep their copies. Some records may need to be kept, including records needed to honor a messaging opt-out.
Our public site uses HTTPS. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. Contact us if you believe information you shared with us has been exposed. Where information is processed depends on the systems and providers involved, including the deployment selected for a client engagement.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, to obtain a copy, or to object to or opt out of certain uses. Use our contact form for privacy requests. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. You may also ask us to stop optional business communications. For texts, follow the instructions below.
SMS and MMS privacy
When you communicate with E2E Consulting by SMS or MMS, we use mobile numbers, consent and opt-out records, message content, and delivery information to respond to requested inquiries, provide support and project updates, document permission, and honor your choices. These communications are not marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can send text without including photos or attachments. We store messages and any photos or attachments you send in our own systems. Flux workflows may use AI to extract or organize information from that content. Content needed for that step may be processed by OpenAI, Anthropic, or models running on E2E hardware, depending on the workflow. Send only material you are authorized to share. Do not send sensitive or confidential information unless the workflow is approved for it.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, or SMS/MMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer messaging consent. Messaging service providers, including Twilio, and mobile carriers may process information necessary to deliver or support the service; workflow providers may process only the submitted content needed for the stated workflow. This is not permission to reuse messaging consent or to contact you on a provider's own behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Initial enrollment requires separate, voluntary, express verbal consent during a phone call or an in-person conversation using our verbal consent script. Before sending program messages, we keep a private consent record including your mobile number, when and how you agreed, and the agreed messaging purpose. We send an enrollment confirmation after consent.
Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or agreeing to our terms does not enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.
To withdraw consent, reply STOP. We retain the records needed to honor your opt-out. After an opt-out, we will not resume program messages unless you give fresh express written consent. Verbal consent alone will not restore enrollment. For help, reply HELP or use our contact form. See the SMS and MMS terms.
