Terms and Conditions

Scope
E2E CONSULTING LLC (E2E Consulting, we, or us) operates this website and provides software architecture, consulting and engineering, systems integration, automation, testing, custom development, and platform-supported delivery. These terms cover use of our public website, its materials, and any E2E Consulting SMS or MMS program described below. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
Services and separate agreements
Browsing this site, requesting information, or viewing a demonstration does not establish an engagement, grant a software license, or create a binding quote. A separate written agreement governs paid consulting, engineering, custom software, hosting, support, and any client access to Flux. The agreement, not this website, sets the scope, fees, schedule, deliverables, acceptance, change process, and any ongoing support or service commitments.
The applicable signed agreements also govern confidentiality, data handling, ownership and licensing, termination, and remedies. These public terms neither supply defaults for those agreements nor change them. If a provision conflicts, the applicable signed agreement controls for the work or access it covers.
Website materials and intellectual property
Public materials are provided to help you learn about E2E and evaluate our work. You may read and link to public pages. E2E and its licensors retain their rights in the website, branding, and materials. Unless permitted by law, an applicable license, or our written permission, do not republish or distribute protected material or use our branding to imply endorsement.
Flux is E2E's proprietary delivery platform. Public descriptions or demonstrations of Flux do not grant rights to use, reproduce, or distribute the platform. Ownership and usage rights for client data, project deliverables, E2E technology, and third-party components are determined by the applicable agreement and licenses.
Acceptable use and accounts
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit material you have no right to share, distribute malware or spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site or its users. Do not submit sensitive or confidential records through public forms; use an agreed channel instead.
If we provide access to a product, demonstration, or project environment, use only the access you are authorized to use, protect credentials, and notify the designated support contact of suspected unauthorized use. Any specific account or access rules are governed by the agreement for that environment.
Third-party services and integrations
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Third-party websites, products, and integrations have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, compatibility, and behavior may change. Responsibilities for integrations used in an engagement are governed by the applicable agreement.
Limits of public information
Public information, examples, and demonstrations are illustrative, not professional advice for a particular situation or promises of results, performance, compliance, or availability. The website and its public materials are provided as available and may contain errors or be unavailable. Obtain a written scope and confirm requirements before relying on an example or description for a project.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Warranties, liability, and remedies for client work are governed by the applicable agreement and law.
SMS and MMS terms
Sender: E2E Consulting. These terms apply to our SMS and MMS communications about requested inquiries, support conversations, and project updates. This program is not for marketing messages.
Photos and attachments are optional. Send only content you are authorized to share. See the SMS and MMS privacy provisions for how messages and attachments are handled, including AI-assisted processing.
Initial enrollment requires separate, voluntary, express verbal consent during a phone call or an in-person conversation using our verbal consent script. We document consent before sending program messages and send an enrollment confirmation.
Consent is not a condition of purchase, service, or submitting an inquiry. Agreeing to these terms, providing a phone number, or opting into another program does not enroll you.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We will stop sending program messages. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. We will not resume program messages unless you give fresh express written consent. Verbal consent alone will not restore enrollment.
- Reply HELP for help or use our contact form for assistance.
We use messaging service providers and mobile carriers to deliver messages. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or messaging consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes, access, and contact
We may update public materials or restrict public-site access to protect the site or address unlawful use. Service suspension and termination for a client engagement are governed by its agreement. We will post revisions to these terms here with the revised effective date and give additional notice where required. Revisions do not amend signed agreements or expand existing messaging consent.
For questions about these terms, use our contact form.
